1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel orders where stock is insufficient, and notify you promptly.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Coupon discounts are applied before delivery charges.
3. Delivery
Delivery takes 1–2 days in Dhaka and 2–4 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Delivery charges are ৳80, free on orders above ৳2,000.
4. Product Images & Descriptions
Product photography is representative. Slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to photography and screen settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Imran Fashion House is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
Simple, honest returns.
1. Return Window
You may return unused, unwashed products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sarees with blouses cut, customized items, and gift combos opened beyond 24 hours are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@imranfashionhouse.com or WhatsApp +880 1344-845037. We will arrange replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Process
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad or cash pickup after the returned item passes quality inspection (3–5 business days).
5. Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact support before returning.
